The Cole Foundation provides you and your family with an opportunity to show gratitude to a provider, nurse, staff member, office, or department who played a special role in your care. We invite you to recognize individuals by making a monetary contribution in his or her name.
Memorial and Honorary Gifts
You may choose to recognize a loved one through a memorial or honorary gift. If mailing your gift, please include who the gift is in memory or honor of as well as those individuals who need to be contacted about the gift.
