The donor stated, "Denise needs to be recognized for the extraordinary service that she provides at UPMC Cole. I observed her many times dealing with patients and she ALWAYS is kind, loving, and compassionate. It does not matter if the patient is a child or an elderly adult, she treats them all equally with care and concern. I feel Denise should be training others at UPMC Cole on how to treat others with dignity and respect. When a patient comes to the emergency room, they are scared and Denise is the perfect person to be right there by their side. UPMC Cole should be honored to have Denise as an employee!"
