Having known Brittany through years of X-rays, scans, and even a few broken bones, this patient already knew how special she was. But during a recent unexpected and frightening situation, Brittany's calm demeanor, compassion, and ability to problem-solve made all the difference.
“She helped make a scary situation better when I didn't think it was possible. I still use what she taught me, even after discharge.”
